Men’s Self-Care Workshop
April 27 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Join us for an evening dedicated to connection, reflection, and well-being at the Men’s Self-Care Workshop. This gathering offers a welcoming and supportive space for men to come together, share a meal, and explore meaningful approaches to caring for mind, body, and spirit.
This is not your typical workshop. Participants will engage in unique and interactive experiences, including laughter therapy — a powerful way to reduce stress, boost mood, and build connection through shared moments of joy. The session will also introduce mindfulness practices tailored for men, offering practical tools to help reset, refocus, and navigate everyday challenges with greater balance.
Whether you’re looking to recharge, connect with others, or try something new, this evening is about creating space for yourself in a supportive community setting.
A homemade supper will be provided, helping to foster a sense of comfort and togetherness throughout the evening.
