Healthy Relationships Training

Chippewas of the Thames First Nation Employment & Training invites students to take part in an engaging and supportive Healthy Relationships Training designed to build practical, real-world skills for everyday life.
This interactive session focuses on strengthening communication, understanding boundaries, and developing the tools needed to navigate conflict in a healthy and respectful way. Participants will gain valuable insight into building trust, practicing empathy, and fostering positive connections in both personal and professional environments.
With a small group setting, this training offers a safe and welcoming space for students to learn, share, and grow together while gaining skills that can be applied immediately in school, work, and relationships.
⚠️ Please note: Space is limited to 10 participants.
Participants will leave with:
- Improved communication and active listening skills
- A better understanding of healthy boundaries
- Practical conflict resolution strategies
- Increased emotional awareness and relationship-building tools
