Healthy Balance Nutrition Program
February 20 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Join us for a healthy lifestyle class led by a registered dietitian. Learn facts about dietary fibre and some practical tips on how to meet your daily needs.
The programming will consist of:
– a nutrition presentation
– healthy food and beverage provided
– Optional health checks provided upon request: weight updates, blood sugar testing, blood pressure checks
This event will be hosted in the board room of the community health centre.
