Food Allergen Training

Join Deshkan Ziibiing (Chippewas of the Thames First Nation Employment & Training) for an important Food Allergen Awareness Training designed for food service personnel.
This session will help participants understand how to safely and properly handle food allergens while meeting Canadian food safety standards. Whether you’re working in a kitchen, serving food, or supporting food services, this training provides essential knowledge to reduce risks and keep your community safe.

📍 Location: Portable-2 beside the Chippewa Community Centre
Training Features:
- Laptop provided for use during training
- Approx. 1.5-hour session
- Certification valid for 3 years (recognized across Canada)
- Printable certificate upon completion
