Public Works

The Public Works Department is responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of COTTFN’s infrastructure and community facilities. This includes road maintenance, water and wastewater systems, waste management, housing and building repairs, and capital projects that improve the safety and wellbeing of our members. Our team works to ensure reliable essential services today, while also planning for future infrastructure needs that will support a growing and thriving community.
