The Administration Department provides the foundation that supports all programs and services at Chippewas of the Thames First Nation. Our team oversees Finance, Human Resources, Janitorial and Facilities , and General Administration and Governance Support. Together, these functions ensure strong financial stewardship, support for our employees, well-maintained facilities, and effective management practices that allow the Nation’s programs and services to thrive.
