Post-Secondary Education Support

Chippewas of the Thames First Nation is committed to supporting members in their post-secondary education journey through funding, guidance, and wraparound supports. Our programs are designed to help students succeed academically while maintaining balance in their personal, cultural, and community lives.

Program Overview

The Post-Secondary Program supports registered COTTFN members pursuing college, university, and other accredited programs. The goal is to help students gain the education, skills, and qualifications needed to build meaningful careers and contribute to the Nation.

Support may include:

– Tuition and required fees
– Books and supplies
– Living allowances (where applicable)
– Student support and counselling
– Funding is based on eligibility, priority levels, and available resources.

Application Deadlines

There are three intake periods each year:

May 1 (Fall/September intake)
October 1 (Winter/January intake)
March 1 (Spring/Summer intake)

Applications must be submitted on or before the deadline to be considered.
