DESCRIPTION:Come out and support the community as we come together to learn Anishinaabemowin through fun and friendly competition at the Anishinaabemowin Speaking Challenge! \n\n\n\n📅 Saturday\, February 28⏰ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM📍 Antler River Seniors Complex \n\n\n\nThis exciting language challenge encourages participants to practice and strengthen their Anishinaabemowin skills while competing in a supportive and engaging environment. \n\n\n\nHow it works – Point System: \n\n\n\n\n✨ $25 earned for every correct phrase spoken\n\n\n\n❌ Three incorrectly said phrases and you’re out\n\n\n\n👥 Open to all COTTFN members\, residents\, and employees\n\n\n\n📘 Based on October 2024 – January 2025 wordlists\n\n\n\n🗣️ Only 100 phrases to master!\n\n\n\n📝 Registration will take place the day of the competition\n\n\n\n\nWhether you’re participating or cheering on community members\, everyone is welcome to attend and show support. \n\n\n\n📞 For more information\, contact:Cheri Fisher519-289-0584 ext. 2📧 cheri.fisher@cottfn.com \n\n\n\nJoin us for a meaningful and fun way to celebrate language\, learning\, and community connection.
