The COTTFN Housing Department is now accepting NEW APPLICATIONS for a one (1) bedroom rental unit. Applications must be completed and have all requested information attached. Incomplete applications will NOT be accepted.
The Band Rental Unit is located at 20723 Muncey Road #17, (Antler River Senior’s Complex) the rental rate for this one (1) bedroom unit is $550.00/month, utilities included (hydro, gas, water)
The successful applicant will need to have to pay the first month’s rent of $550.00 along with a security deposit of $450.00.
The following conditions will need to be met before receiving keys and move in:
• Sign a rental agreement with the First Nation.
• A move in inspection must be completed with Housing Staff prior to move in.
Applications can be picked up at the Band Office, online at www.COTTFN.com or by email. Applications must be returned to the Housing Department no later than July 12, 2023, by 4:00 pm. If you have any questions regarding the application, please contact the Housing Department.
Please note that the Antler River Senior’s Complex is designed for independent living. The minimum age requirement to qualify is 60 years or greater.
